Saggy breast? some ppl have told me you're boobs get saggy when you lose, I'm young and I DO NOT want ugly saggy boobs, is there an excercise to keep there shape? |
| This is not true at all. In fact, some exercises (pectoral) will make your breasts appear smaller as some of the fat tissue is replaced by muscle. |
What causes saggy breast at a young age ? im 15 132 pounds and 5'4. Im a 34 B or 34 C at times and i have saggy breast. im young so why do i have my breast saggy ? and also, is there a possibility it will get better as i continue growing ? |
| breasts grow to around 18 -20 years of age. saggy-ness is caused by not wearing the correct size bra, or starting to wear bras after your boobs are already growing if you go to a bra shop the can measure you to see what size you are i went and got measured and i had been wearing 4 sizes to small for around 3 years and mine started to sag due to all the elastin in your boobs braking and being squashed or pulled in the wrong directions. |
What do you do when you have saggy breast? So, I'm like 16 now and I have pretty large breast [Size 42]. But I'm so embarrassed about my breast - they sag. I know mine are saggy compared to other women.[ I've seen other women's breast in the locker room, gym, etc.] Theirs aren't saggy, mine are. Is there something you can do to make them un-saggy? Some special bra you can where to help? Do you have to get breast implants? Please help! |
im a 32 G and 17.
I use a push up bra, or a plunge :) but that stops saggyness only when wearing a bra.
If you where hoping for something a bit mroe perminent their is surgery that will help.
Try not to worry about it though :D everyone goes throught the same stage at some point or other |

| it may be hereditary linked from your mother, just make sure you wear a bra that supports them |
Do the animators for SpongeBob Squarepants have a saggy breast fetish? I figured being underwater and all it would relieve breasts of their natural enemy...gravity. I've got a few fetishes of my own but saggy breasts are not one of them. What gives? |
| Ha ha! I too have noticed a plethora of saggy breasts on SpongeBob. But notice that it's usually old women, which I guess is anatomically correct, for the most part. |
Are saggy breast a deal-breaker when it comes to sex? My friend has saggy breast she's not fat she's is like a 34 C and her breast sag a little. She thinks that guys will not want to have sex with her if they see that her breast sag a little. Is that true? Will a guy not have sex with you if your breast are a little saggy? |
| most woman's breast sag some. I'd say as long as she can't use them as a scarf most guys would do her |
Is there any exercise to help keep a saggy breast standing again? my breast seem saggy though am a virgin without a guy at the age of 25, i am worried about it or is it normal for my nipple to look downwards at my age? |
Kittie,
It honestly just depends, everyone has different genetics, and different attributes. Have you recently gained any extra weight? If so, that may be the source of the issue. By retightening up your body, and losing a few pounds of bodyfat would definitely help a lot. For this, a simple cardio regime on a treadmill or other machine will work great. Also, eating right and eating often are important as well!
Take care and best of luck! |
Does breastfeeding cause loose and saggy breast ? How to prevent it .? I have been breastfeeding exclusively for 4 months now and i am worried because i saw a friend's breast that looked totally saggy ...she fed her guys (twins) for over a year . |
Please don't blame it on breastfeeding.
When you become pregnant your breasts start to go through their final stage of maturity...you know, so that they produce milk. So, this is why breasts are different before and then after pregnancy. Of course, without the correct support for your breasts they will sag more especially if they are bigger breasts. I've read other posts on other forums saying that you can do pectoral exercises to make the muscle under their somewhere bigger and thus look less saggy.
Try not to fret to much. There really isn't anything you can do about it, bar surgery.
Also, from my experience, I've learn't that even though my breasts aren't anywhere near as perky as they used to be... my partner still loves them.
Your partner will prob love yours still too. Chin up. |
Why do women feel negative about there breast being saggy? my current girlfriend has saggy (for lack of a better word) breasts. She is my first girlfriend to have "saggy" breast, and i must say i enjoy them more then the perky breasts of past girlfriends I'm use too. Which is why i was surprised when she said she didn't like her "saggy" breast. So my question is why do many women feel negative towards there breast being, or becoming saggy? |
The biggest reason is because pop culture and our media have "told" women how they are supposed to look. And quite honestly, the story being told is quite unrealistic. Speaking as someone who has seen a few breasts in my day, let me tell you this... sagging is quite common, very common.
And again, this dissatisfaction and unhappiness with the way one's breasts looks is learned behavior. I remember on a trip to Australia a few years ago, we met a group of aboriginal women, of varying ages... A couple were maybe 12, barely "women" so to speak, others were older and some were quite old. All were topless, and they all had huge smiles, perfectly happy and satisfied with their bodies obviously. And some of them had huge, pendulous and very very "saggy" breasts.
We in the west and the modern world have convinced ourselves to be unhappy with a situation that is perfectly normal and generally not a point of poor health.
